The Workout Pack contains 6 different Challenges, each a little different.

Anthropomorphing: perform as a randomly-generated, non-human thing
Different Lens: the same event told from many perspectives
Fork In The Road: the first 30 seconds of a script is provided. The actor writes and performs the rest
Two Hats: perform as two different characters, each with their own hat.
Comedy/Drama: perform the same script twice, once as a comedy, once as a drama
Monsters + Saints: a deep dive into truly monstrous characters
